  • Day 1: Arrival, Welcome & Connection(Evening arrival & welcome meal)

    Arrive at the retreat between 18:00 and 19:30. The retreat begins with an evening of settling in, meeting fellow participants, and easing into the experience. A relaxed welcome meal provides the perfect setting for connection and reflection, setting the tone for a supportive and enriching journey ahead.

    Day 2: Shifting Mindset for Growth & Resilience

    Our mindset shapes our leadership, influencing how we handle challenges, take opportunities, and support others. This session explores the power of positive psychology in shifting limiting beliefs and developing a mindset that fosters confidence and adaptability. Participants will reflect on the internal narratives that shape their leadership approach, learning how to challenge self-imposed limitations and adopt a strengths-based perspective. The session will also introduce practical resilience-building strategies, helping participants navigate uncertainty, setbacks, and external pressures with greater ease. The afternoon offers space for personal integration, with time for journaling, mindfulness, or simply stepping away to reflect in nature, reinforcing the themes of growth, adaptability, and self-awareness.

    Day 3: Emotional Intelligence – Self-Awareness & Boundaries

    Leadership starts from within, and understanding one’s own emotions is key to leading effectively. This session explores how emotional intelligence enhances leadership, focusing on self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to manage emotions in challenging situations. Participants will reflect on their personal values and emotional patterns, gaining a deeper understanding of their impact on decision-making and interactions with others. The session will also explore the importance of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, both professionally and personally, to create a more sustainable and effective leadership style. In the evening, a group mindful dining experience will provide a unique opportunity to practise presence, deep listening, and connection in a shared setting.

    Day 4: Leading with Purpose & Influence

    Great leadership is not just about skills but about clarity of vision and a deep sense of purpose. This session focuses on identifying personal leadership styles and exploring what it means to step into one’s best possible leader self. You will be guided through the Leadership Styles Wheel, reflecting on how their leadership approach aligns with their values and aspirations. The session will also cover motivation - both self-motivation and the ability to inspire others - offering practical ways to lead with authenticity and confidence.

    In the afternoon, participants will embark on a beautiful excursion to the quaint white coastal town of Altea, a place known for its cobbled streets, whitewashed buildings, and breathtaking sea views. This is a chance to step away from structured learning and immerse in an atmosphere of reflection and inspiration. Whether wandering through Altea’s artisan boutiques, soaking in the views from the hillside old town, or enjoying an unhurried evening by the sea, this experience offers a perfect blend of relaxation, connection, and perspective - ideal for integrating the insights of the day in a truly special setting.

    Day 5: Celebration, Success & Forward Commitments

    Sustaining personal growth and leadership transformation requires commitment. This session brings together the key insights from the retreat, allowing participants to reflect on their journey, share their most valuable takeaways, and set clear, actionable commitments for moving forward. Through guided reflection, participants will clarify how they can sustain the positive shifts they have made, ensuring that their growth extends beyond the retreat.

    The retreat concludes with a celebration event, an opportunity to acknowledge progress, honour successes, and reinforce the sense of community built throughout the experience.

    Day 6: Reflection & Departure

    The retreat concludes with an early start on the final morning with quiet reflection, allowing participants to take a moment to absorb their journey, refine their commitments, and embrace a sense of clarity before returning to their daily lives. Over a scrumptious breakfast, there will be an opportunity for final conversations and shared reflections, ensuring a meaningful close to the experience.

    Departures will take place by 09:00 am, allowing participants to transition back feeling refreshed, focused, and inspired.

    For those whose flight schedules permit, the historic coastal city of Alicante offers a wonderful opportunity to extend the experience. Whether wandering through its charming old town, enjoying the vibrant marina, or relaxing by the sea, this optional visit provides a gentle way to ease back into daily life while carrying forward the sense of renewal cultivated throughout the retreat.

  • To ensure flexibility and accommodate individual preferences, the following are not included in the retreat package:

    • Flights – you are responsible for booking your own travel to and from Spain.

    • Travel Insurance – please secure comprehensive travel insurance for peace of mind.

    • Airport transfers – while we can provide guidance on the best transport options, transfers to and from the retreat venue are not included. Transfers can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to coordinating multiple participants arriving at similar times. If you would like assistance with transfers, please let us know in advance so we can explore the best options for you.

    • Meals / drinks during excursions – any food or beverages enjoyed while exploring the coastal town are at your own expense.

    • Additional personal expenses – any shopping, spa treatments, or extra activities outside the retreat programme are not covered within the price.
